In 2003, Thermodyne established its first manufacturing facility, marking the beginning of its journey as a dedicated steam boiler manufacturer. This milestone enabled the company to begin producing industrial boilers for multiple sectors.

By 2004, Thermodyne successfully supplied and commissioned its 100th industrial boiler, demonstrating strong market acceptance and growing customer confidence in its engineering capabilities.

As demand for energy-efficient steam systems increased, Thermodyne continued expanding its operations.

In 2006, the company achieved 200 successful boiler installations across India, strengthening its presence in the industrial heating sector.

A significant milestone came in 2007, when Thermodyne received IBR approval to manufacture certified boilers, ensuring compliance with strict safety and regulatory standards.

To support growing demand for energy-efficient steam systems, the company established its second manufacturing unit in 2009. This expansion was followed by the third factory setup in 2011, enabling Thermodyne to expand its presence into overseas markets and strengthen its export capabilities.

In 2013, the company became an ISO 9001 certified organization, reinforcing its commitment to quality management systems and standardized manufacturing processes.

Manufacturing operations were further strengthened in 2016 with the addition of a fourth production unit, significantly enhancing production capacity and operational efficiency.

By 2017, Thermodyne had successfully served more than 1000 industrial customers, establishing itself as a reliable partner for industrial steam generation across diverse industries.

In 2019, the company became North India’s second-largest process boiler manufacturer, reflecting strong industry trust and market growth.

By 2021, Thermodyne expanded its presence across 40+ industrial sectors, with more than 1500 successful boiler installations serving industries such as food processing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, rice mills, and manufacturing plants.

In 2023, the company received ZED Silver Certification from the Government of India, recognizing its commitment to Zero Defect and Zero Effect manufacturing practices and environmentally responsible production.

In 2024, Thermodyne entered a strategic partnership with AURA GmbH, Germany, focusing on advanced technologies for solar and electrical thermic fluid heating systems, strengthening innovation in sustainable heating solutions. 

The year 2025 marked an important moment of global recognition for Thermodyne Engineering Systems.

Thermodyne was honored with the Food Processing Machinery Award in the category of “Innovation Leader in Steam and Heating Systems for Food.” The award was presented by Mano Thangaraj T, recognizing the company’s innovative and efficient steam and heating solutions designed specifically for the food processing industry.

In the same year, Thermodyne also received the 56th National Award for Excellence in Engineering Exports from EEPC India. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Droupadi Murmu, and the award was presented by Piyush Goyal along with other distinguished dignitaries.
